Turn visibility gaps into action
Read your findings, understand opportunities, and prioritize the next best move.
Confirm the gap before acting
Open the underlying question and answer before treating a low score as a task. Decide whether the issue is an absent mention, an inaccurate description, missing evidence or a weak answer to a buyer’s question. Note the platform, date and market. A single unusual response is less useful than a pattern across relevant observations.
Find the page or fact that needs work
Review the relevant product, service or educational page and any sources cited in the answer. Check whether a person can quickly understand what you offer, who it is for and what evidence supports the claim. Separate information you control on your own website from third-party coverage that you cannot directly edit.
Prioritize a specific change
Choose an action that connects a real customer question to an identifiable improvement. Examples include clarifying a product limitation, adding an answer to a missing comparison question, updating an outdated fact or linking a useful page from its relevant hub. Prioritize by importance to the buying decision, strength of the evidence and effort required—not just by how low a score appears.
Keep review and execution explicit
Assign an owner and define what completion means before making changes. Check the execution features available in your plan and the permissions of any connected website. Review factual claims, links and generated content before publication. A recommendation in a report is not the same as a change already published to your site.
Measure the result without overstating it
Record what changed and when it went live. Compare subsequent observations using a consistent prompt set and separate mentions, citations, referral sessions and conversions. External platforms can change independently of your work. Describe the observed result and its limits rather than attributing every movement to a single edit.
