SEO Lead (Remote)

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to boost search visibility and drive organic leads.

• Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities and guide content creators.

• Develop and implement high-quality backlinks building strategy.

• Oversee technical SEO health.

• Collaborate with content, product and engineering teams to optimize website.

• Collaborate with data team to refine needed reports and drive insights.

• Stay on top of industry trends and AI optimization opportunities.

Your skills & experience:

• 3+ years of experience working in SEO field.

• 1+ year of experience leading a team. 

• A history of driving significant, measurable organic growth, with specific examples of increasing traffic and contributing to business goals.

• Previous experience owning SEO projects from planning to execution and results.

• Expertise in all three pillars of SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• A strong sense of ownership and a high drive for results.

• Reporting skills: ability to track and present changes in an automated way.

• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.

• Fluency in English.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross salary: 21000 - 25000 PLN/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
